TRANSGLOBAL DOOR IN UPPER SANDUSKY, OHIO IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE INDIVIDUAL FOR FORKLIFT OPERATIONS.

MONDAY - FRIDAY 6:00am - 2:30 pm (Overtime when needed)

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE LOADING/UNLOADING TRUCKS

Duties:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to safely and efficiently move materials and products
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers using forklifts
- Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse or production facility
- Stack and organize products in the warehouse according to company standards
- Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting as needed
- Follow proper safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution center setting
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to operate other warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, clamp trucks, order pickers, cherry pickers, etc.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

Skills:
- Valid forklift operator certification/license
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
